We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a Customer Service Representative role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer needs in a timely and accurate manner, while upholding the highest standards of service quality. We seek individuals who possess a passion for delivering exceptional results, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer sales orders, quotes and returns accurately and efficiently
- Respond to inbound calls and resolve customer service issues effectively through proactive listening and problem-solving skills
- Promptly address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Perform administrative duties, reports, and special projects related to customer support with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication Skills and Professional Presence with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to schedule customers, track job assignments, and dates with precision and accuracy
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a collaborative mindset
- Strong English language proficiency to communicate effectively with global customers
