Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by answering telephone calls and making taxi bookings. You will also be dealing with email bookings and inquiries, completing admin work, and providing quotations to customers.

  • Answering telephone calls and making taxi bookings for customers.
  • Delivering a high level of professional customer service at all times.
  • Dealing with email bookings and inquiries and completing admin work.
  • Providing quotations to customers.
  • Allocating bookings to drivers within time frames and driver locality.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Booking taxi services for customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Completing administrative tasks related to customer bookings.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree from a good college or university.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • A professional telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to deal with different levels of people.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible work ethic.
