Key Accountabilities
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive business growth, focusing on sales, margin, and supply chain performance.
  • Supply Chain Excellence: Ensure seamless supply chain operations, guaranteeing 100% shelf availability while adapting to seasonal fluctuations and market changes.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market surveys to analyze wholesale market trends and competitor activity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with the sales team to develop business relationships with B2B customers and drive growth.
  • Visual Display: Work closely with merchandising and store operations teams to create visually appealing in-store displays.
  • Promotion Management: Oversee promotional campaigns, including price setting, inventory tracking, execution, and post-promotional analysis.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure adherence to tendering and negotiation standards for category-specific requirements.
  • Audit Documentation: Maintain accurate records of audit-related materials, including tenders, negotiations, price confirmations, and supplier/article listings.
  • Product Development: Develop and implement new projects for the beauty and personal care categories to boost revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Effectively recover and retain NPS customers.
Essential Qualifications
  • Education: A master's or bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
