Key Roles and Responsibilities

An experienced Administrative Assistant is required to provide high-quality support in a dynamic environment.

  • Handle phone calls, take messages when necessary and direct inquiries to relevant personnel.
  • Monitor CCTV footage from all locations.
  • Ensure security systems are functioning correctly and report any issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents observed and report them to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling staff inquiries with professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries efficiently.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping.
  • Monitor and respond to company emails and other forms of communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Administrative role or similar position.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
