Key Roles and Responsibilities
An experienced Administrative Assistant is required to provide high-quality support in a dynamic environment.
- Handle phone calls, take messages when necessary and direct inquiries to relevant personnel.
- Monitor CCTV footage from all locations.
- Ensure security systems are functioning correctly and report any issues.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents observed and report them to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling staff inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in preparing regular reports.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries efficiently.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping.
- Monitor and respond to company emails and other forms of communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Administrative role or similar position.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
