Job Description

The role of a Human Resources Business Partner requires an individual who can foster positive employee relations, facilitate talent acquisition, and ensure HR compliance.

This position involves working closely with management to address employee concerns and ensure adherence to company policies.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding activities, as well as assisting with performance reviews and maintaining HR records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • Solid exposure to HR principles, practices, and regulations with 4-5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
