Freight Forwarding Business Development Professional

The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager in executing business strategies to drive growth in the freight forwarding sector. Key responsibilities include assisting in sales planning, developing client relationships, and identifying business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned revenue, growth, and customer service targets.
- Identify 20 prospective accounts monthly and qualify 10 of them.
- Ensure timely recovery of dues within credit terms.
- Generate at least 5 qualified leads/month for APAC, Europe, and USA.
- Prioritize and convert leads into profitable revenue.
Candidates with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in freight forwarding, are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and contributing to sales growth.
Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, a good understanding of freight forwarding processes, and ability to work effectively across departments and prioritize tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This role requires a Mid-Senior level professional who can work full-time in a dynamic environment.
