Job Overview

The Advanced Product Specialist is a pivotal role that bridges technical expertise, market knowledge, and customer needs to drive product success and growth.

This individual plays a crucial part in ensuring products meet quality, performance, and customer requirements by providing advanced support and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products, with a deep understanding of technical specifications, features, and market applications.
  • Support the product lifecycle from development to launch and post-launch activities, ensuring products meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training for internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support as a key point of contact for complex customer inquiries.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to recommend product improvements or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define product requirements and support roadmap planning.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and technical manuals.
  • Participate in product testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with technical expertise during pre-sales activities, proposals, and customer meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a product specialist, product support, or technical sales role.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn complex products and solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation, training, and communication abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and product management tools.
