We serve over 100,000 customers across diverse industries. As a Senior Systems Administration Specialist, you will oversee our Salesforce and integrated systems applications for both customers and internal teams.

You will join a dynamic team of experienced administrators and developers who collaborate to design solutions and make strategic technical decisions impacting Motive's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instant support for Salesforce and integrated platforms; troubleshoot and resolve issues on the Enterprise Service Desk.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce.com, including user administration, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
  • Configure and support end-user profiles, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack.
  • Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage workload and projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Create and update documentation for the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in technical support, application support, or Service Desk roles is essential.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and supporting Salesforce, focusing on assisting end-users.
  • Salesforce Associate Certification is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is necessary.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are required to diagnose and resolve user-reported application problems.
  • Able to independently manage a ticket queue, set priorities, and handle multiple requests accurately.
  • A general understanding of business systems is necessary.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
