**Job Overview**

As a Field Sales Executive at Orane International, you will drive sales growth and expand market share within your assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, calls, and emails.
  • Present product/service demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in field sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
