As a Senior Sales Support Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales support operations.

Responsibilities include leading and managing a sales support function, overseeing a team of executives responsible for order processing, customer due diligence, quality assurance, and channel performance monitoring. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to optimize sales operations, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on operational efficiency and quality improvement, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and developing teams. They will be responsible for leading the sales support team, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, setting clear goals and expectations for team members, and fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

You will oversee and streamline sales support processes, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and customer needs. This involves collaborating with Assistant Managers to identify inefficiencies in the sales order processing, customer due diligence, feasibility checks, quality assurance, and channel performance. You will implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance overall sales support operations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, facilitating communication and collaboration between sales teams and support functions, and addressing any challenges or issues faced by sales teams, providing solutions and support as needed. You will also monitor and evaluate the quality of sales orders and customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards, implementing metrics and reporting systems to track quality outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

This role requires a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization, with a commitment to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. You will analyze sales support performance data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning, preparing and presenting reports on sales support activities, outcomes, and recommendations to the Director of Sales. You will utilize data insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance sales support effectiveness.

You will develop training programs for sales support staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. You will promote a culture of learning and development within the sales support team, encouraging team members to pursue ongoing education and training opportunities. Finally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
