About the Role:

As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Transcription Operations team. This team is dedicated to creating high-quality documentation and transcripts for both internal and external clients from various financial and non-financial-related events, calls, or videos.

The role involves managing multiple teams across different sites, planning and implementing process and operational changes, inventories of critical business processes, and leading business governance teams for workflow systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage cross-functional teams for Production and Support operations.
  • Takes full responsibility for the day-to-day operations ensuring all internal and client Service Level and Key Performance Indicators are met consistently.
  • Manages metrics review to refine the indicators by which process and/or content quality is measured.
  • Leads business governance teams across assigned areas/regions for workflow systems with a focus on managing process, productivity, and functionality improvements.
  • Responsible for creating, developing, sustaining, and managing high-performing global teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5-7 years of experience managing large teams of around ~100. You should also have a solid background in the Transcription business, workflow, and overall capability.

  • Adept at problem-solving and workstream management through LEAN.
  • Excellent relationship-management skills at all organizational levels including Senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time, and project management skills.
  • Action–oriented and detailed-oriented.
