Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on human resource management, recruitment, and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • A basic pay range of 15,000 - 50,000 PKR per month.
  • A monthly commission of 15-25% of monthly salary for every onboarded recruit.
  • An additional bonus of up to 25,000 PKR recruitment bonus for every recruit.

Work Schedule:

The working hours for this role are:

  • Monday: 10am–6pm.
  • Tuesday: 10am–6pm.
  • Thursday: 10am–6pm.
  • Friday: 10am–6pm (Break 1pm - 2pm).
  • Saturday: Off.
  • Sunday: Work from Home (Flexible hours with tasks limited to closing sales and essential operations etc.).

Job Specification:

Relevant English proficiency is required for this role. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset are also essential for success.
