As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's workforce capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning experiences that foster a culture of continuous growth and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development within the organization
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine specific training requirements for their production teams
  • Design and deliver effective training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, seminars, and on-the-job training
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and skills development initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
  • Support organizational development strategies to improve employee engagement and performance
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure training and development programs comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources/Production Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in HR or Learning & Development are highly desirable
  • Industrial Engineer with expertise in human capital development and technical training would be preferred
