Learning and Development Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of learning principles and a passion for developing talent within the organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops, utilizing diverse instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Implement innovative onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to training, participant feedback, and program outcomes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring easy access and navigation for all users.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
