Our ideal candidate will oversee the upkeep of intricate machinery and equipment, incorporating both mechanical and electrical systems.

They will be responsible for designing and developing facilities to optimize operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will evaluate and verify equipment and facility performance through validation and qualification processes.

They will strategically manage the calibration program to ensure precision and accuracy.

Implementation and oversight of the Planned Preventative Maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Centralized control and operation of site services, including water, steam, and HVAC systems to maintain a comfortable and safe working environment.

Management of engineering spares and equipment spares to prevent stockouts and reduce waste.

Coordinated engagement with external contractors to execute projects and tasks efficiently.

Review and approval of technical procedures, documents, and drawings to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Secure storage and maintenance of engineering records to facilitate knowledge retention and future reference.

Custodial responsibility for equipment manuals to ensure up-to-date documentation and accurate instructions.

Site security and access protocols to safeguard personnel and assets.

Project leadership and management skills to drive initiatives forward and achieve goals.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Mechanical & Electrical Installation of Pharma Machines & Equipment.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
  • Demonstrated ability in personnel and project management to effectively lead teams and manage projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of sector technology and processes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  • Data analytics expertise to extract insights and inform business decisions.
