About the Job:

Sperlton Global AS seeks a seasoned sales professional to fill the position of National Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a national sales team, and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement national sales strategies for all product lines.
  2. Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding market presence.
  3. Evaluate sales performance and team efficiency using established KPIs.
  4. Build and manage a high-performing national sales team.
  5. Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
  6. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  7. Conduct regular reviews and set clear objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in sales within the chemical industry. At least 3 years in a sales management role. Experience with the company's product range is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
