Customer Sales Advocate Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Digital Sales & Support Representative to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, live chat, email, and SMS in a timely and professional manner.

  • Offer product recommendations and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.

  • Effectively manage orders, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to align on trends, performance, and ways to elevate the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or other CRM platforms is highly valued.

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced remote environment is crucial.

  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a solution-focused mindset are necessary for this position.

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps), a personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor, and a quiet workspace are required.
