Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate customer service specialist to join our team. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in the United States, informing them of our latest products and services, and assisting in managing customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers as opportunities arise.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
