Job Title: Remote Night Call Centre Representative

The ideal candidate will have a degree in any discipline, preferably fresh graduates. Proficiency in English (USA Region) is required, along with expertise in load boards and mailing calling API software.

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our remote team as Night Call Centre Representatives. The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via calls and emails during the night shift.
  • Providing top-notch customer service by actively listening to customers and offering prompt and accurate solutions.
  • Updating customer information and call logs.

Key Requirements

Night Call Centre Representative Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling drivers for freight deliveries and pickups.
  • Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
  • Planning routes and adjusting as needed.
  • Preparing dispatch documents, freight bills, and invoices.
  • Maintaining records of calls, routes, and delivery times.
  • Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and laws.
  • Reviewing driver logs and dispatch records.
  • Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.
  • Logging customer shipping schedules and complaints.
  • Familiarity with trucking regulations and laws.
  • Understanding shipping, trucking, and logistics processes.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and coordination.
  • Handling upset customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in transportation management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly.
