Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Specialist to drive business expansion and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Freelance Platform Lead Generation: Identify and secure WordPress projects from freelance platforms by leveraging expertise in bidding and proposal writing.
  • Outreach & Client Acquisition: Establish long-term business relationships with potential clients via professional networks and digital communication channels.
  • Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate value proposition and expertise.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and identify new business opportunities in the WordPress development space.
  • Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and manage leads efficiently in a customer relationship management system.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy & Performance Analysis: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and performance data.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
  • Expertise in Freelancing Platforms: Strong ability to generate WordPress projects from freelance platforms.
  • Proven Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Background in WordPress Development: A background in WordPress development services or IT sales is a plus.
