Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Specialist to lead our marketing strategies and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Growth Plans: Create and implement effective plans to maximize customer experience, increase market share, and enhance brand confidence.
  • Promote Business Expansion: Manage promotional activities, customer relationships, and channel strategies to drive business growth.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies: Collaborate to establish pricing strategies, value capture systems, and robust processes to support strategic objectives and maximize net income.
  • Account Development: Develop competencies and processes to create an efficient sales organization.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide leadership through effective communication, active coaching, and development while comparing results to goals and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, observations, and measurements to evaluate results.
Requirements:

A proven track record in business development within the chemicals industry is required. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills are essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, analytical mindset, and proficiency in CRM software and business intelligence tools are also necessary.
