Customer Relationship Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients via phone calls.

Your primary goal will be to establish trust, understand client needs, and provide tailored information about our international real estate investment opportunities.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine interest in helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make initial contact with potential clients via phone calls.
  • Introduce and explain our international real estate investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.
  • Listen to client needs and provide tailored information about our offerings.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and arrange more in-depth conversations with senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Use Google Sheets and Excel to manage and track client information and sales data.
  • Stay updated on market trends and our real estate offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of real estate markets and investment principles is a plus.
