Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing contracts for government bodies.
  • Negotiating and evaluating contract terms to ensure compliance.
  • Addressing questions from contractors/subcontractors regarding contracts or claims issues.
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical support on contract compliance.
  • Keeping track of reporting and claiming deadlines, notifying contractors/subcontractors as needed.
  • Assembling and distributing various documents, manuals, and materials.
  • Maintaining records and files related to company operations and activities.
  • Operating office equipment including fax machines, scanners, copiers, computers, telephones, scales, and communications equipment.
