Contract Administrator

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of project contracts, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering various contracts and related procurement functions
  • Conducting and managing contractual matters arising, including claims, disputes, insurance, and guarantees/sureties
  • Initiating and preparing invitation to Tender documents for potential tenders, and evaluating their technical and commercial proposals
  • Consulting with contractors or suppliers, reviewing quotations, negotiating to finalize contract terms and conditions, and awarding contracts
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree with a minimum of 5 years' progressively responsible experience in contract and/or procurement administration/development. Alternatively, a high school diploma may be acceptable. The candidate should be able to report to and work as directed by the Contract Specialist.
