Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a seasoned technical support expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional quality, timeliness, and customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to our products by investigating root causes, analyzing data, and collaborating with the engineering team.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior agents, assisting with training purposes and technical questions.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, escalate larger issues, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support or software development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Python is highly desirable.
