Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid/remote position that requires the ability to work independently during night shift hours (09:00 PM to 05:00 AM - Pakistan Time). The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and deliverables. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Project Manager or in a leadership role in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working with US-based clients (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during night shift hours (09:00 PM to 05:00 AM - Pakistan Time).
