
Medical Partnership Leader

The Medical Affairs Partner is a senior role within our organization, responsible for improving the patient journey and creating value in the healthcare ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of patient journeys and related treatments, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement skills. They will be able to work efficiently in a cross-functional team and leverage digital means and tools to drive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the patient journey in its entirety, identifying shared purpose among stakeholders and cocreating solutions to bring better outcomes for patients faster.
- Bring Roche expertise, science, and knowledge to the ecosystem, stewarding products through their lifecycle and supporting their appropriate use.
- Pull in expertise and resources locally and from the network as needed, prioritizing and driving solutions that deliver outcomes faster.
- Identify important data gaps and opportunities, designing and supporting data generation plans to address them.
- Hold an altruistic approach in supporting the global network.
- Act as a leader, coach, and mentor, supporting team working and contributing to the learning and development of peers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A medical degree or PhD is preferred, with a bachelor's degree in life sciences required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Medical Affairs role is required, with experience in Ophthalmology strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including partnering with Therapeutic Area Experts and organizations.
- Evidence generation skills are required, with the ability to support Product Development Medical Affairs activities.
- Experience with medical review of promotional materials is required.
