Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to meet staffing needs.
- Employee Relations and Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating communication between staff and management to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Performance Evaluation and Development: Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, guiding managers and employees on performance expectations and evaluations.
- Policy Compliance and Administration: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations, updating and communicating HR policies as necessary.
- Training and Development Initiatives: Organize and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
- Benefits Administration and Employee Engagement: Manage employee benefits programs, including health and life insurance, ensuring employees are informed and assisting with enrollment. Plan and execute initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance job satisfaction.
- Strategic HR Planning and Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, supporting organizational development and change management.
