Job Title: HR Business Analyst

This role involves the effective management of various aspects of Human Resources.

  • Maintain and update HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans to support employee well-being.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues related to HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent performance in the following areas:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit top talent and develop strategies to attract candidates.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding sessions to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and benefits to resolve employee queries.
  • Promote HR programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems, with a focus on Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
