
Strategic Account Manager

Cogent Labs is looking for a Strategic Account Manager who can effectively cultivate and retain top-tier clients. This individual must be skilled in communication, organization, and project management.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing capacity, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Strategy
- Strong ability to handle complex client issues with professionalism and dedication
- Track record of successfully managing numerous accounts and fostering team collaboration
- Proficiency in identifying and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Aptitude for navigating conflicts with tact and a results-driven mindset
- Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of customer success metrics (NPS, renewals, satisfaction)
