We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to lead client acquisition, market expansion, and partnership development. This role requires a proactive professional who understands the software and IT services industry, and who can build strong relationships with both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, generate, and close business opportunities through various channels.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our offerings effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for client requirements.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales tools.
  • Negotiate and finalize business contracts in line with company policies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new industry trends and potential areas for expansion.
  • Participate in strategic planning, pricing, and partnership discussions.
  • Represent us at industry events, online conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT, SaaS, or software services.
  • Strong understanding of the tech and software development landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and proposal writing.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
