Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a strong background in finance, with a focus on cash management operations. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support cash management operations at field offices daily to ensure smooth processes.
- Manage processing of daily cheque payments from preparation to disbursement to contractors, suppliers, and staff.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and resolve any bottlenecks related to payment postings or refunds.
- Verify accuracy of posting/payment entries in the ERP system and disbursement.
- Assist in preparing reconciliation reports and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations of assigned accounts and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and review cash in hand reconciliations.
- Qualifications:
- ACCA / MBA preferably in Finance from HEC recognized university.
- At least 4 years of experience in cash management operations.
