Customer Service Lead

At Devsinc, we're looking for a seasoned Customer Service Lead to oversee our customer support team and drive exceptional service delivery. As the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries, you'll be responsible for escalating issues, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage the customer support team to deliver top-notch service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strategy Development: Develop and refine customer support strategies, processes, and workflows to enhance the customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Metric Analysis: Analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify trends, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Train, mentor, and develop the customer support team to ensure high performance and engagement.
Requirements include 7+ years of customer support experience, at least 3 years in a managerial role, and strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. A background in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus.
