Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

About the RoleThe Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Team management: Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance monitoring: Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Process improvement: Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements that can enhance customer experience and reduce operational costs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
