Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on HR best practices and labor laws to inform policy development. You will assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and clarity.

Core Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical and research skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially for data handling and reporting, is also essential. Additionally, familiarity with AI tools and their use in HR functions is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively, are also required.
