Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Software Finder Careers. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with US-based clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills in English to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to helping businesses find the right software solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
- Monitor client engagement and product adoption, identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client communication and track performance data.
- Provide regular performance reports and updates, aligning with client business goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help clients gain maximum value from our services.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and strategy discussions with clients.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with US-based clients.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport both internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience working with US-based organizations is a strong plus.
