Business Development Account Executive

Job Description:

The successful Business Development Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the IT industry.

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to C-level executives and close deals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on company offerings and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in closing large deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, and solution selling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
