Job Role Overview:

The main objective of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring optimal customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation from sales opportunities.

To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will be responsible for building rapport with key decision-makers, identifying potential business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of customers' needs and preferences
  • Cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically. A strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field is essential, as well as a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance, financial, or banking sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales or Marketing is required.
