Technical Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new and existing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through the setup process and configuring their requirements within our product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and feedback to internal teams such as product development, sales, and marketing.
  • Provide training sessions and educational resources to ensure customers understand how to use our product effectively.
  • Proactively address customer issues or concerns before they escalate, offering assistance and sharing best practices.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
  • Experience in customer service and account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, technical field, or related field.
