We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Compliance Manager to join our Lahore-based team. This role requires regular liaison with UK-based clients and internal teams, support in regulatory reporting, and day-to-day coordination between our UK and Pakistan offices. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple compliance and operational tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:UK Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for UK clients on compliance and business-related matters.
  • Maintain excellent professional relationships and ensure client queries and tasks are addressed promptly.
  • Support onboarding and periodic due diligence of UK clients and partners.

Regulatory Reporting Assistance

  • Assist the UK compliance team in compiling and submitting regulatory reports (e.g., FCA, HMRC, Companies House).
  • Maintain internal documentation and compliance records to support regulatory filings.
  • Monitor and track key reporting deadlines and compliance obligations.

Coordination Between UK and Pakistan Teams

  • Facilitate daily communication and task alignment between UK and Pakistan-based teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover of tasks and accurate documentation of ongoing matters.
  • Support project management, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and following up on deliverables.

Task and Operations Management

  • Organize, assign, and follow up on tasks delegated to the Pakistan office.
  • Prepare summaries, trackers, and internal reports for ongoing projects or compliance reviews.
  • Maintain high-quality control of documentation and client deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field. A compliance qualification (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing, compliance, or coordination role—preferably with UK clients or international exposure.
  • Familiarity with UK regulatory bodies (e.g., FCA, HMRC) and financial services compliance is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong task management, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
