This role will be the frontline liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring excellent service and support concerning digital marketing services including SEO, social media management, content marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues related to digital marketing campaigns and services.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by guiding them through our services.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
