Job Description:

The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the development of clear and concise proposal outlines and schedules. They will work closely with the Proposal Team to ensure timely submission of proposals, organizing and coordinating all related documents and updates. The specialist must ensure compliance with Request for Proposal (RFP) criteria, including content, formatting, length, layout, and other requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • A motivated self-starter who can drive the proposal process from pre-RFP planning through delivery.
  • Analytical with exceptional attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high sense of urgency and willingness to take initiative.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, handling multiple proposals and tasks simultaneously with deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and grow is essential.
