About the Role
  • We are searching for an individual who can provide support and guidance to employees throughout their employment lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
Responsibilities
  1. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding processes, accurate data management, and effective communication of company policies and procedures.
  2. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to maintain employee records and files.
  3. In addition, they will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other development activities to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  4. This position also entails analyzing and interpreting HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, including employment standards and collective agreements, is highly desirable.
