Work Experience and Development Program

This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including branding, employee engagement, onboarding, and learning and development. As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects and support the overall employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Branding Support: Assist with enhancing the company's branding efforts by supporting LinkedIn campaigns, Glassdoor updates, and employee advocacy programs.
  • Learning Initiatives: Coordinate learning activities, facilitate training needs assessments, and assist with reward programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Support mental health programs, town halls, and annual/biannual events to foster employee engagement and well-being.
  • Onboarding Process: Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding new hires, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives focusing on automation, workflow optimizations, and overall HR efficiency.
  • Generalist HR Support: Perform duties as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
