Job Description

We are seeking experienced Telesales Professionals to support the UK energy efficiency initiative.

  • Engage potential customers via phone calls, qualifying them based on scheme eligibility and generating leads for free home upgrades.
  • Identify eligible customers by asking relevant questions regarding income, benefits, property type etc.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of the scheme and its contribution to improved energy efficiency.
  • Generate high-quality leads and forward them to the assessment team.
  • Accurately maintain call logs and customer records.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Adhere to compliance and quality assurance protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent spoken English is a must.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Minimum 6 months of telesales or call center experience preferably in UK campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of customer service and lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
