Expert Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team and help us grow our IT department. This role involves sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub
  2. Analyzing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  3. Performing pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' abilities
  4. Conducting in-depth interviews using structured methods and behavioral questions
  5. Coordinating with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  6. Developing personalized recruiting emails with current job openings for passive candidates
  7. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  8. Onboarding new hires
  9. Promoting the company's reputation as a great place to work
  10. Staying up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements:
  1. Proven 3-5 years of experience in tech talent acquisition or a related field
  2. Hands-on experience with various interview formats, including phone, Skype, and structured interviews
  3. Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
  4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (We use Workable)
  5. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant field
