We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hiring efforts and optimize the recruitment process. This strategic role requires an individual with expertise in talent acquisition, leadership skills, and a passion for fostering top talent within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies, leading and mentoring teams, and collaborating with department heads to assess staffing requirements. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals. Proficiency in ATS and HR software is also required.
A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (healthcare/BPO preferred), makes an ideal candidate for this position. The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are also necessary for ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
