
Lead Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to perform necessary activities and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be able to qualify leads, convert them into new business, and meet clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and drive new business through cold calling, email marketing, and other mediums.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation for the company's technology portfolio.
- Build instant rapport with customers and sell consultatively.
- Act as a company representative and display a professional approach at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and keep customers up to date when necessary.
- Work closely with the marketing department to optimize the marketing strategy, messaging, and sales collateral.
- Report on sales performance and sales forecasting on a regular basis.
Incentives:
Base Salary + Commission on every finished project.
Job Specification- Fluency in English
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- At least 1 year sales experience in software and web applications
- Proven track record of generating leads and consistently exceeding targets.
- Clear understanding and skill in being able to lead a consultative approach to sales.
- Commercial awareness and background in the software industry.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to communicate with skill and emotional awareness.
- Ability to deal with customers effectively in stressful situations.
- Strong organisational skills and capable of planning complex pieces of work.
