We are looking for a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our expansion efforts. This individual will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
    • Build and maintain robust relationships with both local and international clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Proactively address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
    • Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify potential clients and market segments to expand our client base.
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with clients, both written and verbally.
    • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
    • Draft compelling proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are communicated and met.
  • Negotiation and Sales:
    • Develop effective negotiation strategies to close deals on favorable terms.
    • Present our services in a compelling manner.
    • Provide clients with accurate quotations and pricing information.
    • Handle objections and concerns while maintaining a positive client experience.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 01 to 02 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing local and international clients.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in using freelancing platforms.
    • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

This is a full-time position based at our office. The position may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience including commissions.
