About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Complaints Manager to join our team at Translation Empire PK. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for leading the complaint handling process, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Complaint Handling: Lead the team in reviewing and resolving complaints, providing advice on process improvements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Management: Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks of your team, setting clear expectations and motivating them through coaching, training, and mentoring.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes of complaints and generate reports to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT services and consulting industry.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of complaint handling, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field, such as business administration or customer service management.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working from our office located in DHA Sector F Rwp, with regular working hours from 10am to 7pm.
